NIFL Academy

Performance-focused expectations.

Northern Ireland Football League (NIFL) Academy will focus on how well clubs train young talent through advanced coaching, competitive games and meeting performance goals. Clubs within the NIFL Academy will demonstrate a commitment to nurturing young talent in several areas including coaching, facilities and development paths.
