Over the next three years, the Youth Football Framework will be introduced gradually. It's important its introduction is guided by research and feedback from all involved. This phased approach lets us be strategic, flexible and responsive.

It’s the result of a detailed analysis of youth football in Northern Ireland. That included benchmarking our game against UEFA youth football standards and getting feedback from local players, coaches, clubs and leagues.
